A message dated June 18, 2008, was received stating the Governor                                                                
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 147(RLS)                                                                                              
    "An Act relating to matching funds and state money for state                                                                
    tourism marketing contracts with trade associations; and providing
